So instead of 8 formaing a weapon, it would be possible to forma it even up to 24 (or even more) times, if you want all 8 slots to be "universal". Of course, you could do it even more if you wanted to unlock the other polarities like umbra, zenurik, unairu. I would like to suggest to allow consuming duplicate warframes to create a universal polarity mod slot on a warframe. So I have my Mag Prime, at rank 30.
