All of the lights in my house have been flickering intermittently for the past 24 hours. Everything dims for a moment and most of the lights make a clicking noise when it happens. At first I figured it was just the weather or something, but at this point I'm wondering whether it's actually a problem in my house, since I can't imagine that it ...Clarification - 'new' is relative.
