Generative fill not showing up

I have downloaded the latest version of Photoshop Beta to use generative fill and it simply does not show up on the toolbar like everyone elses. I have mac os 11.5.1 Not sure what to do or if anyone has encountered this issue.Once you click Generative Fill, a textbox will appear where you can enter a prompt.
