To me, hands down, the best cinnamon roll in Portland is Fressen Bakery’s Franzbrot. It does not have the frosting on top but that fucker is made from croissant dough and has loads of tasty cinnamon and is just really too good. Fresh from the oven is best, or have them heat it up for you. Check hours; I think they are closed Mon-Tue.
