They have damage reduction, so they'll take less damage from the turrets. Low level ones can get about 5000 thousand health and higher levels can end up with around 20000 health.Using the find tool, search the webpage for "torpor". DinoClassResistanceMultipliers is what you are looking for and one would need to specify the dino class to adjust the value for. You could also increase the strength of that item as well. There are a couple of ways to go about it. You can also check for mods as well.
