Carlos Murphy's in Old Town, San Diego. Town no longer takes reservations and is first-come, first-serve. We got the restaurant on a Saturday at 5pm. It was early enough to be seated right away. Our server was nice. We were served pretty quickly and our food came out promptly. TL;DR - a classic restaurant feel with good food and good service. Be aware they don't do reservations!
