Just took the surgery COMAT yesterday. I used COMQUEST and it seemed to be pretty representative of what was on the test. There were a few questions that were nearly exact. Most of the COMAT questions were "next best diagnostic test" or "next best step in management". A good portion of the questions were biliary/GI related followed by breast ...
